Terms & Conditions — the agreement between you and us.
Plain language: This is a real contract. By submitting an application and clicking the agreement checkbox, you accept these Terms. Read them. If anything is unclear, email legal@softvault.io before you submit.
01Definitions
"Program"
The Betlix Creators or Mojobetz Creators creator partnership program.
"Operator" / "we" / "us"
SV StriveCore Limited, the entity running the Program.
"Creator" / "you"
An individual approved to participate in the Program.
"Platform"
The Betlix or Mojobetz online casino, as applicable.
"Content"
Any video, image, text or other creative work you submit to the Program.
"Referred Player"
A person who registers on the Platform via your unique affiliate code.
"NGR"
Net Gaming Revenue, calculated as gross gaming revenue minus bonuses, chargebacks, fees and game-provider costs attributable to a player's activity.
02Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you confirm and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher).
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are not a resident of the United States, United Kingdom, France, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, or any FATF-blacklisted country.
You are not on any sanctions list and are not a politically exposed person flagged for AML purposes.
Your participation does not violate any law applicable to you, including employment contracts, professional codes, or gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
You will not promote the Platform to any minor or self-excluded person.
03Application process
You apply by submitting the application form on the Program landing page, including a 30-second selfie video. Applications are reviewed manually by our team. We may approve, reject, or request additional information at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to provide reasons for any rejection.
Approval to the Program creates a contractual relationship between you and us governed by these Terms.
04The tiers
Tier 01 Open Affiliate
Anyone meeting eligibility may join without formal approval. Compensation: 30% lifetime rev share on Referred Players. No per-video payments. Site credits: up to $100 of non-withdrawable site credits for use as B-roll content.
Tier 02 Paid Creator
Requires successful application and approval. Compensation: $10–50 per Content piece approved (grading in Section 5), plus 30% lifetime rev share. Site credits: up to $500. Maximum 8 approved submissions per week.
Tier 03 Retainer
Invitation-only. Promoted from Tier 02 at our discretion. Compensation: monthly retainer of $500 minimum plus per-video bonuses plus 40% lifetime rev share. Subject to a separate written agreement.
05Content grading and payment
Tier 02 and Tier 03 Content is graded A, B, or C based on our evaluation:
Grade A — $50
Exceptional hook, professional edit quality, strong brand fit, original.
Grade B — $25
Solid execution, meets brief, usable for paid ads with minor edits.
Grade C — $10
Meets minimum standards but limited use; we may still approve for archive.
Rejected — $0
Does not meet minimum standards or violates these Terms.
Grading is at our sole discretion. We provide brief feedback on Grade A and rejected submissions. We may revise grading standards over time and will notify Creators of material changes.
06Revenue share
Each approved Creator receives a unique affiliate code. Referred Players who register via this code remain attributed to you for the lifetime of their account on the Platform.
Revenue share is calculated monthly on the basis of NGR generated by your Referred Players in the preceding calendar month. The standard rate is 30% (40% for Tier 03).
Negative carryover applies: if a Referred Player generates a net loss to the Platform in a given month, the negative balance carries forward against future positive months for that player. This is standard in iGaming affiliate accounting and protects the sustainability of the Program.
Revenue share is paid on the 5th of each month for the preceding month's NGR. We reserve the right to reverse referrals where fraud, self-referral, bonus abuse or KYC failure is detected.
07Payments
Per-video payments are paid weekly, every Monday, for the preceding week's approved Content.
Revenue share is paid monthly on the 5th.
Payment methods: USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), BTC, ETH, SOL, or bank transfer (Wise) on request.
Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD equivalent. Earnings below this roll over to the next cycle.
You are solely responsible for declaring income to your local tax authority. We do not withhold tax.
08Content ownership and usage rights
You retain ownership of Content you create. By submitting Content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to:
Use, reproduce, modify, edit, and create derivative works of the Content.
Distribute the Content on any of our owned channels (websites, social accounts, Telegram, email, etc.).
Use the Content in paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X and others.
Share the Content with our affiliates, partners and other operators on the SoftVault platform network.
You may continue to use your own Content on your personal social media accounts. Exclusivity is only required in Tier 03 where separately negotiated.
You warrant that any Content you submit is original, does not infringe third-party IP, does not feature any identifiable third party without consent, and complies with our Content Guidelines.
09Promotion rules
When promoting the Platform, you must:
Never target minors. Never advertise in spaces where the audience is predominantly under 18.
Never make false claims about winnings, win-rates, RTP, or guaranteed outcomes.
Never use deceptive practices, fake testimonials, or impersonate other people.
Never spam (mass-DM, bot networks, comment farms).
Never promote in jurisdictions where the Platform is restricted (see Section 2).
Include responsible-gambling messaging where reasonably possible ("18+", "Play responsibly").
Disclose the commercial nature of your promotion where required by applicable consumer protection law (#ad / #sponsored on personal social media posts).
10Prohibited conduct
You may not, and may not assist others to:
Use bots, click farms, fake accounts, or automated traffic to inflate registrations or NGR.
Self-refer (register on the Platform using your own affiliate code).
Promote bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any practice intended to extract value from the Platform without genuine play.
Submit Content not made by you, or claim credit for work you did not produce.
Reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the Platform or the Program's systems.
Misrepresent your relationship with the Operator (you are an independent creator, not an employee, agent or representative).
11Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Common reasons include: breach of these Terms, fraud or abuse detection, regulatory or legal requirements, failure to produce Content for an extended period, or strategic Program changes.
Upon termination:
Earned and unpaid per-video payments will be settled within 30 days, provided no fraud is detected.
Revenue share continues for Referred Players already in your downline, unless termination is for fraud, breach or sanctions reasons — in which case all unpaid amounts may be forfeited.
Your affiliate code is deactivated. Future signups using the old code are not attributed to you.
Existing usage rights to Content already submitted are unaffected; the licence in Section 8 survives termination.
12Disclaimer of warranties
The Program is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to your potential earnings, the performance of your Content, the reliability of the Platform, or the duration of the Program. Past Creator earnings shown on the landing page are illustrative; your actual earnings will depend on factors largely outside our control.
13Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 500. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including loss of profit, reputation or opportunity.
This limitation does not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14Independent contractor
You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between you and us. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, equipment and operating expenses.
15Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Creators by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate by emailing creators@softvault.io.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the English language. Each party bears its own costs.
This clause does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
17Miscellaneous
Entire agreement — these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Content Guidelines constitute the entire agreement.
Severability — if any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in force.
Assignment — you may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliated entity.
No waiver — failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
