How we collect, use and protect your personal data in the Mojobetz Creators program.
01Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the Mojobetz Creators program ("the Program"), operated by SV StriveCore Limited, a company incorporated in Belize (registration 000050791) with registered office at 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize. SV StriveCore Limited is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data under this Program.
For data subjects in the European Union and the United Kingdom, our EU representative is FERUBA LTD (Cyprus, HE 404140). You may contact us in either capacity at privacy@softvault.io.
02What data we collect
When you apply to the Program, we collect:
Identity data
Your first name, last name, country of residence.
Contact data
Your email address and Telegram handle.
Application data
Your social media handles (optional), languages spoken, and your written pitch describing your content style.
Selfie video
A 30-second video recording of you, captured via your browser, used to verify you are a real adult applicant.
Consent records
Whether you confirmed you are 18+, accepted the Terms, and opted in to marketing communications (optional).
Technical data
IP address, browser type, device, and approximate location.
If your application is accepted, we additionally collect: your wallet address or other payout details, content you submit, affiliate referral data (which players signed up under your code and their NGR for rev share calculation), and payment records.
03How your application is reviewed
Applications are reviewed by our team members manually. We do not currently use AI to make any automated decision about your application. A human reads each application, watches the selfie video, and replies — usually within 48 hours of submission.
Submitted applications are routed to a private Telegram channel accessible only to authorised team members. The Telegram channel is hosted by Telegram Messenger Inc. (BVI). We retain administrative control over this channel.
04Why we collect it — legal bases
We process your data on the following bases:
Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — to evaluate your application, manage your participation, calculate and pay your earnings, and enforce the Program Terms.
Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — to detect fraud, prevent abuse, and improve the Program. Our legitimate interests are balanced against your fundamental rights; you may object at any time.
Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — for optional marketing communications and for recording and processing your selfie video. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) — to retain records required by tax, AML or regulatory law where applicable.
05Who we share your data with
We share your data only with the following categories of recipients, all bound by data processing agreements where required:
Telegram Messenger Inc. (BVI) — for routing application submissions to our internal review team.
Vercel Inc. (USA) — for hosting the application landing page.
Cloudflare (USA / EU) — for DNS and content delivery.
FERUBA LTD (Cyprus) — for EU representation, accounting and operational coordination.
Affiliate management software (for accepted creators) — for tracking referrals and calculating payouts.
Crypto payment processors and banking partners (for accepted creators) — for paying out your earnings.
Legal, regulatory or tax authorities — where required by applicable law.
We never sell your data to third parties.
06Where your data is stored
Application data is stored in Telegram channels controlled by SV StriveCore Limited. Some third-party processors (Telegram, Vercel, Cloudflare) may process your data outside the EU. All such transfers are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable, and additional safeguards as required by Schrems II case law.
07How long we keep it

Rejected applications
Deleted within 90 days of the rejection decision.
Applications not approved within 6 months
Automatically considered withdrawn and deleted.
Approved creators who never produce content
Deleted 12 months after approval if no activity.
Active creators
Duration of participation + 7 years (tax and AML retention).
Selfie videos
Deleted 90 days after the final approval decision. Not retained for active creators.
Payment records
Retained 10 years (tax law).
08Your rights
Under GDPR (or your local equivalent), you have the right to:
Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
Restriction — limit how we process your data.
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for processing where consent was the legal basis.
Lodge a complaint — file a complaint with your local supervisory authority. For Cyprus residents: the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (commissioner@dataprotection.gov.cy).
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@softvault.io. We respond within 30 days.
09Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls limited to authorised team members on a need-to-know basis, and breach notification procedures. In the event of a data breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by GDPR Art. 33–34.
10Cookies and tracking
Strictly necessary
For the application form to function. No consent required.
Analytics
Privacy-friendly analytics (e.g., Plausible) that do not use cookies and do not track individuals.
Advertising pixels
Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are loaded only with your consent via the cookie banner. These help us measure ad performance for the Program.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing your browser cookies.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active creators by email at least 30 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at creators.mojobetz.com/privacy.
